Hello. I have been expecting your arrival and have reserved a time slot for you to work out with me. I first would like to thank you for visiting my site and considering joining my quest to shape up in sunny San Diego, California. When you think of getting in shape, what type of excuses come to surface?

  • I don't have the time!
  • I'm too tired!
  • I hate going to the gym. Everybody there already has a great body!

This is the only life you get (as far as we know), and this is the only body that you get to live it's entirety in, so shouldn't you love it and treat it with respect? I asked my grandmother if she wanted to share any advice before she blew out her birthday candles on her 90th birthday. Her reply was, "Take good care of your body, you'll want to be healthy and still have energy if you live to be 90 like me." Wow, that is the truth! We tend to think that we are invincible and that the sum of what we do to our bodies today will not have an effect on our future. Well, it does. Whether you are in your 20's or 60's, now is the time to start.
